I'm playing around with making a "many skills" agent named Ara, who has a bunch of single-capability skills. I'm rolling out a new skills every couple of weeks, all themed around:
- do one thing well
- don't have a UI, just integrate my existing tools / workflows
- save time
The first two skills are pretty simple:
- AutoAgenda – https://agenda.heyara.com/ – email people I have meetings with ahead of time, and ask them for agenda topics. Compile responses into a cohesive agenda. 10 minutes before the meeting, email all participants the compiled agenda. The agenda lives in Google Calendar event's description field, so there's no new tool to learn, no new source of truth.
- SnapCalendar – https://snap.heyara.com/ – turn screenshots or photos into Google Calendar events. Use case is I always see interesting event posters, or get WhatsApp or Discord messages about events coming up. This way I can just text an image to a phone number as a way of "bookmarking" it. Ara creates GCal events for me from the image data.
Just wanted to share it because I love the idea of tools that I don't have to look at or interact with, but just do something useful for me. Would love feedback on these skills, the idea, or any skills folks think would be useful.
Thanks!
Eric
