I'm offering podcast editing and management services. How shall I begin?

For some time now I've been interested in turning my knowledge and enjoyment of the podcasting process into a business. I've created a website at https://sonorous.studio to get the ball rolling.

My focus right now is to find my first few clients. One of my main incentives as of right now is offering a single episode edit for free which can stand as a free trial for businesses/podcast hosts to see the benefit of using my service. I'm looking for advice or ideas on how to seek out the right people for this service.

I would also appreciate any constructive feedback on my website & offering as it stands right now. Thanks for taking the time!

A quick search for podcast editing service turns up more than three dozen with well designed websites. Have you tried googling for your competition?
