I would start with a technical SEO audit using a tool like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Majestic, etc.

Before you go on and pay for a SEO audit, what did you do to promote your content?
Did you talk about it on your social media? Did you mention it on Quora, Stack overflow or wherever your audience hangs out?
You can't just write content, do technical SEO and hope the traffic will flow. You need backlinks. And to get backlinks? Audience, connection, marketing. Discuss with people online. Have people recommend you on social media. Talk about what you're offering anywhere anyone might be interested.
