I'm (re)making a Hospital Management Software. Any recommendations?

2 years ago, I built my first SaaS, which was a hospital management software. Currently I'm rebuilding the whole software from scratch to make a much more robust and efficient software.

Since the people in this group are experienced in the healthcare industry, what features do you like to see in a hospital management software? What features do you think are typically missing or good to have? I'd really love to hear your feedback.
