A few years back I discovered the Kano method. It is a way of measuring customer attitudes about the (planned) features of your product or service.
I then used it for a few projects for my day-job, and I found it to be very helpful for deciding on roadmaps and priorities.
Because I liked the Kano method so much, I created a free website where you can host your Kano surveys and analyse the results.
A few years have passed and it's time to rebuild the tool. I want to make it more useful, more user-friendly and more valuable to all product managers and makers out there.
I've gathered quite a bit of feedback since I started the site (and I kept using it myself too).
But one can never have enough feedback, so anyone who's looking for a way to gauge customer attitudes towards their product or service, give kanochart.com a go and let me know your thoughts.
Thank you!
