The below is my jumping off point. I want to be able to make an application that initially helps First Responders track information about a rehab assignment at a labor intensive scene.

Rehabr is an app that allows Incident Teams to track the rehab status of operators on an incident.
An incident, in this case, will include working fires, MVAs, Search and Rescue, and this app will log the assessment and health/fitness tracking for the responders

This app will be able to do the following.

• Ability to enter an on the fly entry. When a rehab note needs to be created and a responder enters the rehab section, they will be able to give an identifier ( anonymously noted later ), their age, and any pert-ant information. ( chest pain, SOB, excessive heat, possible injuries.
• Ability to take initial patient contact ( age, BP, HR, RR, etc) and run a Rehab matrix on follow up.
  • Some examples - Use Age, blood pressure, etc to track the recovery rate of that responder. Also, use a matrix to determine if further evaluation is needed.
  • Calculate bottles of air and track them into the matrix.
  • track how much water responder ingested during rehab
• Ability to have the incident commander and the rehab branch manager sync responder information while maintaining proper communication on statuses.
• ability to run reports on an incident on how many responders went through rehab, how many bottles of air were used, calculate fitness level of responders.
• Ability for responders to use personal devices to join an "online incident" that allows them to track.
• Ability for responders to be handed a QR code upon entry ( check in ) to the rehab area, and track that in an over all incident for later review.
