I'm struggling to find a writer with solid technical experience
We are looking for a writer for our blog who can write thoughtful articles on topics related to web development, 4-5 articles per month.
The problem we had with other writers before is that most of them only produce SEO oriented content. We need engaging content that is interesting to read. Please drop your email if you are interested.
The challenge here is that web development pays better than writing.
I had the same issue last year but with writing tutorials for a back end side stack. Tried two dev offering writing service on upwork but in both cases, it did not work out. Was too much management work on my side as a solo-guy.
In the case of a company, I'd try to way to let an internal dev interested in writing team up with an experienced writer to produce the content.
Have you considered getting involved in the proces by hiring a ghost writer?
I've worked as a content marketer within tech startups in the past. The most effective way to create valuable and engaging content was by getting our devs to answer a list of quetions in thorough bullet points.
As I have some technical knwoledge, I could easily write the rest fo the post once the framework was taken care of.

The team would use a slack channel to share any ad hock ideas about relevant topics they were working across.
Yeah, but the idea is to create a valuable content for a customer. Dev team can create a valuable content for devs, because they are engineers, not businessmen. How do you manage this? I absolutely admit that I'm wrong at some point.
