Hey there!, Xavier here.
I was running a lead generation business for a while, and my clients used to require me to capture leads for them and send them to a CRM or any other legacy system. YES I know there are a several big companies solving this problem, but all my clients needed more than just a landing page with a form. Or more just like a A/B test or anyelse. They needed / wanted a landing page with custom dynamic content blocks based on the UTM... so I built one.
I called it Landinator, you may wonder... ¿how it works?
Basically you drop any HTML to the code textarea, mark what block you need to dynamically hide/show/fill in and then you can grab the URL and publish it with any conbination of blocks that you need to show.
Some examples:

I'm testing this MVP with some clients of mine and planning to launch the first beta on November with some basic integrations like zappier and email autoresponses.
I listen to a bunch of podcast of IH and it gave me a little confidence to create a Sass on this. So be hones! what do you think about it? is this a clear product and solves a real problem?
"what do you think about it? is this a clear product and solves a real problem?"
Without even looking at the website, the product would appear to solve a problem because your clients have asked you to develop the service with the dynamic blocks etc. If these clients then go on to pay you for this service, then you have the basis for a viable product. So not quite sure why you are super nervous.
Well that seems pretty cool! Believe I understand. As long as the backend is easy for a typical customer, I'd say you may be onto something (but I'm no expert in the landing page domain).
Others can probably give you some meatier feedback.
Thanks Jason! All feedback is good feedback 😁
