I'm trying to clone this site!

You should all check out the debating platform kialo.com , it's great!

So great that i'm trying to clone it so our team can use it internally (with a few edits to how it functions)

I was wondering how could i achieve this?
It's basic functions would be: to act as a members only forum where people can create new threads & responses (each response would become it's own thread), upvote & downvote responses, with responses falling or rising depending on their popularity.

In an ideal world, we would then be able to represent this conversational thread graphically, like kialo does!
