I'm Writing a Guide on Running an eCommerce Store - What questions do you have?

Hi IH folks,

My story isn't a glamorous one, but I have worked in small businesses helping run / rebuild / grow their eCommerce sites. This has been everything from stock counts to kickstarter launches and dispatching to full site migrations.

There's a bunch of little titbits of knowledge I've picked up that falls outside of the usual "sexy" eComerce posts. Things like logistics / stock management / pricing / seo etc.

Are there any questions that I can help you guys answer in this guide? Any "boring" questions about running a store that you would want answered?
