I'm writing a marketing course, where can I host it?
I don't want to write any code to self-host if I can help it, I'm sure there are course hosting services I'm unaware of, please share!

Podia or kahabi are both pretty awesome (having used both)
But, I've built a few courses just using WordPress so that's an option too. Gives you more control too. Paul Jarvis has some good blog posts on how he does it
Yes-- I've got a course on Podia-- they make everything pretty easy (except combining an affiliate link with a discount link-- it's possible but not as trivial as everything else).
We used a product at work to sell our own courses but I cannot for the life of me remember its name. But here is a bit of list you might want to check out: https://zapier.com/blog/online-course-platforms/

fellow Indiehacker Tony Lea has launched it's own platform for hosting courses. You can check it out at https://weteach.io. Hosting a single course will set you back $7/month, with complete control about pricing and unlimited students being able to access it.
The control over pricing is something that's often a problem on sites like Udemy (where all the paid courses end up being purchased for $10 USD on one sale or another).

Most courses I've seen recently have been hosted on Podia. Teachable seems popular too.
