Imagine... Household help/fixes in minutes

Hello Hackers!

My name is Kyle, and I am looking for some technical help for an app I am working on in the service space. My vision is for my mother, who is technically challenged, to be able to request help on a broken toilet within minutes or anything else that she has problems with. I have created a barebone app that allows for posting and chatting using firestore, but I want to take it to the next level and pick up the development process.
