Implementing yearly and quarterly recurring payments

Hi what is the simplest way / tool to Implement yearly and quarterly recurring payments for a new startup? And also to increase based on the number of users

I'm not technical so wouldn't be able to integrate / code Stripe etc. I suppose I'm looking for a simple out of the box solution that can do this etc.
