Improve Employee Onboarding for Your Business 🔥

Onboarding New Employees To Your Company Matters

I've had really good and really bad onboarding experiences. The biggest difference between the two was the bad experience felt:

  • disorganized, hectic and poorly planned*
  • worse still, it made me feel disengaged, overwhelmed and slightly un-welcomed. I couldn't figure out whether it was me who needed to do more, or if it was my employer that was falling short.
  • like 'onboarding' = offer letter and that was it. And there were no clear swim lanes between the hiring manager, the HR and the recruiter.

Help! This Sounds Like My Employee Onboarding Process

Never fear! Onboarding OS is here! Onboarding OS is an end to end Employee Onboarding Platform that starts at the offer letter and ends 90 days after the employees start date. The platform is a series of modules which help the employee onboarding:

  1. socially - including assigning them an onboarding buddy, encouraging them to set up 1:1s with relevant points of contact, etc
  2. technically - introducing them to their tech stack, setting up their login and access, etc
  3. administratively - company acronyms, security clearance etc,

And the best part? It's all in Notion!

So Does An End to End Employee Onboarding Platform Look Like?

Do I Really Want This?

Forget my personal experience - employee onboarding really does matter.

Good onboarding will save you time, resources, improve your employee morale and perception and increase employee retention.

Rather than the current ad hoc, disorganized and time draining process you have in place - you can get a complete playbook in Notion which you pay for once, customize to your liking, and use FOREVER.

The template is only $49. I spent more time than I should have, but it was worth it. It's packed full of value and more than a template, its a system that takes out the guess work of a great onboarding experience.

Please check it out! I hope it helps you put your people first! Happy Onboarding!

A good event allows people to bring their ideas to life at a moment's notice. They enable organizations to create healthy relationships with their visitors – generating new knowledge, new connections, and new opportunities for everyone involved. They empower individuals to take back control of their own lives by encouraging them to control their health, mobility, and quality of life by connecting them to the care they need at any given moment. https://lanyardsonline.co.uk helped me with the lanyards and organizing everything well.
