Improvements after auditing Dead Wallet with Lighthouse

This wasn't a planned activity, but out of curiosity I ran the Chrome's Lighthouse audit on my site. I was relatively happy with the results, but then I saw how small a bunch of the improvements were... and, well, you know it's not easy to ignore a small fix :D
