Improving consistency, category accuracy, and SEO signals
Quick follow-up from yesterday’s post about automating my blog workflow.
Today I focused on tightening the system a bit more — mostly around category accuracy and keeping everything flowing predictably. It wasn’t a dramatic change, but these little stability improvements add up fast.
Exploring ways to improve overall writing quality
One thing I’m working toward is getting the posts to come out with a more consistent structure and more natural flow, especially as the topics vary. I’m experimenting with breaking the writing process into smaller, more focused stages so each step stays on track and doesn’t wander off-topic.
Nothing fancy yet — just small iterative tweaks to keep the output cleaner and more reliable.
Thinking more about SEO as well
Another area I’ve started exploring is getting better keyword alignment into each article.
Right now Post Forge handles titles and summaries well, but I’m trying to guide it toward:
better topical coverage
stronger keyword integration
clearer search intent
more consistent SEO “signals” across the drafts
I’m not expecting perfect SEO out of the box (nobody should), but even small improvements in keyword relevance go a long way when the system runs daily.
What I learned today
Stability fixes feel small but make the biggest difference
Quality improves fastest with tiny, focused iterations
SEO improvements are easiest to bake in early, before scaling output
