Improving how B2B companies use Customer Stories -- need your participation
Hi fellow builders. I shared this survey in the Growth group, but figured I'd share it here as well.
As a salesperson, customer success stories validated I was selling to our ideal customer profile and equipped me with quantitative and qualitative data to close more deals. I'm exploring if there is an opportunity to improve how these success milestones and stories are aggregated and shared at scale.
