In-App Customer Support Software?

Hey everyone,

I'm curious if someone can recommend/has experience with a good Customer-Support software designed especially for apps?

The features we are looking for would be:

• Helpdesk / "Self"-Support area
• Ideally some blogsystem
• Ticketing Tool/Customer Support features

We would love some software that is built for integrating it within an App/atleast would be very mobile friendly.

Since this is our first time using a software like this...Is there any "state-of-the-art" strategy for using these tools in detail?

I would appreciate any advice!
