In-app survey tool for SaaS - looking for recommendations

I run a B2B SaaS service (https://www.tenderlake.com/) and I am thinking of using a third party tool to run general and personalized surveys of the users (not website visitors).
Are you running a SaaS service and using a third party tool to survey users, then I am interested in your recommendations.

What are you using and why are you happy with them?
What have you tried that wasn't working for you and why?

    Hey Flemming!

    We recently announced the new version of our survey builder called MetaSurvey, try it to run personalized surveys.
    Our main mission is to let users tired of passing boring survey forms get fun and enjoyable surveys. So bounce rate will decrease as a result.
