In need of inspiration for further development

Recently, I have been looking for inspiration for further development of our open-source user experience automation system. Therefore, I have opened a discussion on github (bit.ly/2YS6jhw) where interested parties can propose the further development of Tracardi, and our community will develop the system based on the provided suggestions.

On the discussion panel we collect customer journeys that our system could automate.

Therefore, I have a question whether there are among you among you who would like to share their needs in terms of improving the user experience.

If you are struggling with the problem we would like to hear from you. Maybe you can post it here or on the discussion panel. We’d like to implement the most frequent needs in our system so you can use it. Thanks.
