Nice article, Can. I definitely agree with you on the pitfall of over-measuring you KPI's. I find that the quote "You get what you measure" is a applicable to many aspects of life. I've cheked out Fugu earlier, and while I like that you keep it simple, I'm missing drilldowns, filters and breakdowns to make behavoiral data valuable and not just being reduced to trendlines. Hope you add some more advanced tools in the future! :)

Hey @ko thanks! Interesting feedback. Breakdowns are already available and filters are on my roadmap. What do you mean by drilldowns?

You can also email me at canolcer@hey.com - I would love to get your feedback on some of the things I'm planning (only if you want to, of course!).

I took a second look at your demo and I see that you do have breakdowns – at least by event properties. Thats cool! You should add some props to your own events to show them off :) By drilldowns I meant filtering on an event. So for instance if I have a signup event on different pages and pass in pageUrl as a prop, I would want to isolate the signups from one page. Also – adding multiple events to one view to compare would be super valuable.

Happy to give you feedback! I'll reach out.

Yes, good point. Will do that.

Ok, got it. So basically filter by property value after breaking down a property.

          Yes!

Awesome, looking forward to getting some more insights from you :-)
