In which industry is getting regular reviews from customers for their service very important?

At present we are doing testing on different customer segment, and there are obvious segment like restaurants and real estate agents where getting reviews on mediums like Google Reviews, and Facebook reviews are important.

We were wondering, is there any other customer segments where it is important for the professional progress to get a lot of reviews? It can be reviews on any mediums which is public and prospective customers can view it?
