Inbound Marketing - Worth the effort?

I'm trying to understand how many SaaS founders & devs out here actually want to create or have thoughts of creating an inbound marketing engine for your product?

If you don't want to, would love to understand your thoughts & reasons.

By creating valuable content that attracts visitors to your website or social media channels, you can increase brand awareness and establish your business as an authority in your industry by focusing on creating content that provides value to your audience, you can build better relationships with potential customers and increase engagement with your brand cost-effective: Inbound marketing can be a cost-effective strategy compared to traditional outbound marketing techniques, which often require significant advertising spend or investment in sales teams long-term benefits unlike outbound marketing techniques that often provide short-term results, inbound marketing can have long-term benefits as your content can continue to attract visitors and generate leads over time.

As we are trying to create an inbound marketing engine for https://www.winscenes.in/lottery-sambad-old-results/ but being a non techy person I can't do it myself. Also I searched for good developer. But haven't found still searching so that we could proceed it .

This is a lottery site. What exactly are you planning to achieve?

I haven't tried inbound for micro-saas, but for my larger startup, inbound allowed us to start getting our first customers. Raising capital in traditional industries via tokens was unthinkable in 2019-2020, and persuading prospects by cold email was hard. So instead, we launched a YouTube channel to find like-minded entrepreneurs who are ready for such experiments.

We got our first client when we had only 30 subscribers, several months after launch.

Conclusion: if it's an emerging niche with small competition in content but also small demand, inbound can leverage algorithms to help you find the exact people who need you in a vast sea of seemingly alike prospects.

By the way, two years changed a lot, and we completely exhausted the potential of inbound, so now launching outbound:)

Interesting. Why do you think you've exhausted inbound in Web3? Are the searches low?

Are there are any large players that are still able to leverage?

Would like to get a bit more context

Web3 overall is big, but our specific niche – asset tokenization/security token offerings – is rather small. It may be valuable for many companies, but few are aware of it:) Therefore, search volume on relevant keywords isn't super big, the largest ones get between 1,000 and 10,000 searches monthly, and many long-tail keywords are at 10-100 searches.
Another reason inbound is problematic is that it's heavily dependent on market cycles. During the bull run, we have many more incoming requests.

Theoretically, we can go to keywords that intersect with other areas. Our solution helps raise capital for SMEs with annual revenue of $500k+, so we go into mainstream keywords such as "capital raising". However, then we enter into competition with crowdfunding platforms and many other providers, for which we are not ready financially. Our ARPU:CAC is not bad (~4,5), but the cash conversion cycle is too long, which inhibits the overall return on capital and requires us search for capital-efficient acquisition channels.

As for the overall search volume in web3, it's huge:) However, it's also very competitive. For example, people from exchanges say that the acquisition cost for a user for a crypto exchange can be between $30 and $100 – crazy. Obviously, the bear market has driven the prices down.

Still, performance marketing in mainstream topics of crypto can be very expensive, so many projects instead do shilling in communities (e.g., Discord and Tg forums), work with influencers (has been very effective for our token), and try to launch virality.
