InboxBriefs is a SaaS product that turns messy inboxes into daily briefs, priorities, actions, calendar events, and team context.
Email is still where work starts, but it is also where important things get buried. Deadlines, client decisions, meeting requests, documents to review, and team tasks often arrive inside email threads, while the inbox itself was never designed to organize work.
InboxBriefs connects to Gmail, Outlook, IMAP, iCal and calendars, then helps users understand what matters without manually opening every thread.
What InboxBriefs does:
- creates daily email briefs
- highlights urgent and important messages
- extracts actions from emails
- turns email mentions into calendar events
- lets users search old emails with an assistant
- supports shared workspaces for teams
- keeps documents, tasks and activity connected to the source email
The goal is not to replace email. It is to make the inbox feel less like a pile of messages and more like an operating layer for the day.
Feedback is welcome:
- How do founders currently manage email overload?
- Would a daily brief be useful in a founder workflow?
- What would make an email assistant trustworthy enough to use daily?
