Inboxes App hits 500 users and 4,000 emails created πŸ“ˆ

Hey there πŸ‘‹

I've been quiet lately between a job change and lots of other life changes, but I've been working away at Inboxes App and its SEO and I'm really happy to share some fun chrome extension stats:

  • 500 Accounts created
  • 26,500 emails received
  • 169 Active Chrome users
  • 4,000 emails created
  • 1,900 emails deleted

In terms of SEO and funnels, I've been tracking conversions and trying to streamline the website as much as possible to make those views worth while.

Search Console is on the up. Even if the numbers are still low, it's telling me what I'm doing is working πŸ‘Œ

And further to that, I'm able to see that the home page is converting ~21% of users on to the Chrome Store to download the extension, with a further (only recently started tracking this) 3% from the footer.

Rather excitingly, roughly 12% of people are clicking through to the pricing page, with a supposedly industry standard ~3.5% subsequently clicking the buy button which doesn't do anything yet πŸ˜…. I'm now focussed on building the paid features. This should have been done long ago, but it's a side project after all πŸ˜„

That's all for now, hopefully I'll have some more good news shortly! If you're interested in following how things develop, I tweet a little more frequently about this on my Twitter!

Up and to the right is what we like πŸ‘ more importantly the hard work is slowly paying off.
