Incomplete E-Hailing app

I had a developer who was hands on with regards to my e hailing app. Having Resigned from my job I had no source of income. However a promise to say once the prototype is released the drivers would start investing. He helped by creating a temporary website while developing the app. Unfortunately he could not continue due to family matters that arose. I am now looking for someone to assist in completing the app and get profit share. Also someone who will maintain the app
