Incorporating and share agreements

Hi Friends,

I was wondering if someone has had experience and can give advice about using these services (below) for incorporation and share agreements. We have incorporated in Europe but I want to incorporate in the US as well. The main thing is I want to have shares vest over 3 years and I am hoping to find a tool that sets up the entity with some employees shares vesting over 3 years.
