Increase your conversion rate in less than 15 minutes 🚀

Hey there! 👋

Today we launched a new tool for increasing conversions on websites and looking for beta testers 🚀

We believe this tool can dramatically increase small business sales if they are ready to open their faces and start to engage with their potential clients.

Few weeks ago I've been watching Instagram stories and noticed how often in the ads company owners are just talking on selfie camera about their products. They were seemingly proud of their business, ready to talk about it and wanted to actively engage with their audience.

As I've been noticing more and more such videos, I thought that this could work outside of Instagram too. I discussed it with my friend and we thought of giving people the opportunity to post videos on their website - introduce their business to site visitors, increase trust and stand out. And now we're introducing you beta version of our sales increasing service VideoTouch.io 🚀

It allows you to upload video on the website and show it over the webpage with an option to incentivise user to perform target action. It works both on desktop and mobile versions.

Whom this service will be useful for:

  • Business owners and managers, who want to tell their story, company's mission, personally interact with site visitors
  • Online services that only have few seconds to explain the visitors what their service is useful for and motivate them to perform target action (sign up, subscribe, book a call)
  • Companies that focus on services where personal interaction plays the key role
  • Companies on the highly competitive markets, that are looking for the highly memorable unique content
  • New businesses that don't have budget for fancy website design but want to get the most attention and build trusted relationships with their visitors

At this moment, we are looking for beta testers. For all Indiehackers who sign up, upload the video and put the widget on their website within the next two weeks, we give Premium plan for 5 months for free! Usual price for this period will be $195.

This is amazing! One suggestion, you can offer making a video as a separate paid service. I would not use this at the moment because I can not produce a good enough video to put on my website.

Nice work. A bit similar to what we are doing on Tutorpass (https://www.tutorpass.io/), but we're focused education. Regardless, congratulations on launching!

I have one question first before anything else.

Is the video player and window accessible?

    1. 2

Unfortunately, at this moment it is not. We are working on it to make sure everyone will be able to use it.

Great idea! Its something we also considered for ViQuestion (https://viquestion.com). What if someone is already using some widget (like chat) that occupies the space. Some of the clients we are working with have not one but two widgets already and they simply cannot for another one.

Hi, thank you! In this case we think the wise strategy will be to choose one widget you think will help you and your customers the most. Having more can distract the user from the content of your website, and won't increase the engagement rate much.

I love this. Very engaging and a very unique strategy.

This looks really cool. One small feedback,

You need to provide integrations with third party live chat tools and chatbots. From the video, a vistor should be provided 2 options, main CTA[signup, buy now, etc] and chat now.

I suggest this because your widget occupies the same space that is being used by chat widgets.

@AndreyNovikov I loved the idea of VideoTouch! You had me hooked on the website when the lady started talking. I am curious to know more about this and try it out, how should I sign up for the beta testing?

Also, I think there is a great scope of improvment you can do to your website, specially the illustrations. If you need any help with it, you can reach out to me. I run a product design agency called Brucira.

    Cheers!

      Thank you for warm feedback!

The widget with video on average adds additional 10 mb.

Size of the widget changes depending on user screen resolution with different percentages for mobile and desktop versions. For extremely small screens widget does not show up for usability purpose.

We have several engagement metrics. You can check percent of people who watched video till 25%, 50%, 75%. Also percent of users who opened widget full size and clicked on CPA button.
