Indexing 12 step meetings across the world.

Across the world there are a host of 12 step fellowships that help people that struggle with a variety of issues, these fellowships host meetings. In most fellowships the meeting data has no central repository, but I would like to create on for all of them.

I was thinking of indexing these meetings and allow people to search for them. I estimate that with a limited scope of the bigger fellowships AA, NA and CA I could successfully index 70% of the meetings for an MVP.

But I have a few concerns about the project.

1. I am usnure if this is something that would even be usefull as people could just use google, maybee there are simliar example where a niche is search engine has proven to be usefull?
2. Also I feel that my estimate of being able to index 70% of meetings makes it a bit less usefull, what do you think?
3. Lastly I don't belive that there is a good way to monatize this. I would not want to ask payment from someone in need of help nor the fellowships themselves. This leaves me with only one idea which is third party ads. Do you see any other oportunities?
