India targeted ads - lots of Add To Cart's but no purchase

Hi there,

I wanted to ask for a favor. I have a problem described more here and I can't find the reason why I have absolutely no purchases.

What I want to ask for is to check what's wrong with the checkout - I have one customer from India (he paid by card) so I thought it will work, but somehow it's not. For any feedback I will be highly thankful.
