Indie hacker daily routine

Hello, my name is Alex Polymath.
I'm creator of colorize.cc - AI service which uses a set of neural networks to colorize and restore old photo.

It's been a while since I started this project and to be honest I never took it seriously. It just some organic search, some traffic and minor sales which do not allow me to make it full time.

However I really love it since it's like a living creature, like pokemon.
And I can test many ideas on it and learn more as a product manager.

So one of my best daily routines is to watch webvisor. It's awesome tool from Yandex - https://metrika.yandex.com/promo/webvisor/
And you can watch what user has been doing without having access to personal data during this process. But behavior.

Everyday I just take 5-10 sessions and watch them. 🏋️
After that I put my improvements observations to notion. And split them into 2 categories - just notes and actions 🔋.

It's very important. Notes could be abstract, it's something amorphous.
Actions - it's like a to-do list. But every more clean. It's something which require 0 thinking. You just take it and make it without extra time for processing.

Tell me what's your daily routine as Indie hacker or product manager 👋
