The endless cycle of outrage, speculation, and drama had taken over my news feed and social media, and I couldn’t bear the thought of four more years of chaos dominating my online experience. I just wanted to browse the news and scroll through social media without being constantly bombarded by stories that drove me crazy.
That frustration led me to create Ostrich—a freemium Chrome extension that lets you mask news articles and social media posts by keyword. Whether it’s politicians, political figures, or any other topic that’s wearing you down, Ostrich helps you take control of your online experience—so you can focus on what actually matters to you.
