Indie Hacker Techstack Template?

I'm an experienced backend C# developer and I've been building my own thing for the first time lately.
Now I somewhat know about SPAs, react, NextJS, tailwind etc, but I have nowhere near the development speed I usually have.
And my NextJS frontend clearly doesn't have the same quality as my c# backend.

I've just put an insane amount of time into getting little things to work. I spent all day getting authentication with firebase to work.
And I still don't like it or am very unsure if this is the standard way of doing things.

I've been wondering, is there such a thing as a "indiehacker / maker" tech stack template?
Like a nextjs frontend with tailwind, with axios or a swagger generated client, with a landing page, with firebase authentication build in, with stripe set up.
I doubt C# would be the general choice, but I would describe a modern aspnet core api as Vertical Slice Architecture with mediatr or minimal api, ef core, fluentvalidation, some middleware set up, shouldly, firebase auth, debug auth.

What I build as my next Idea almost doesnt matter. It's extremely likely I'm gonna need all of these again.

What do you use? How would your modern standard stack look?

I would find something like this really useful since I think it's highly unlikely that everyone knows everything. People probably, like me, start with "im good at frontend", but they dont know backend and hosting. Or good at backend but dont even know about tailwind. Or dont know how to quickly host things in azure or AWS.
And if you do know better than to use axios. You also know how to remove it. I would really just like a "solid starting point".
