I'm Justin Albertynas, and I am the founder of a travel-tech startup called Ratepunk, which is completely bootstrapped by me.

To be a more adaptable and resilient entrepreneur, understanding the importance of engaging with audiences on social media and experimenting with marketing strategies. I've developed habits like seeking advice and being open to feedback and established effective communication within the team through regular meetings. I've prevented burnout and made myself better prepared to tackle future challenges with confidence and determination.
This year has made me stronger and more determined than I ever was.
So, while not everything is perfect, the year has been very interesting and full of surprises and big lessons.
It's still not over, and a lot of new things are coming, especially from the app side since it's very new to me.

This year was a transitioning year for me - taking more of a "creator" path and getting involved in social media.
Engaging with audiences on social media is a big one, and one that I've been learning this year as well.
