Yep you read that right.
I want the whole landing page itself to look neat and presentable but wanted a certain part to look ugly.
The header would be:
Portfolio Templates for Developers that can't design.
Except "who can't design" is the part I want to make as ugly as possible. (while still being readable to the visitor of course)

However I don't think it strikes as much as I want it to.
Maybe I'm just so good at web design that I can't make a ugly website? (hahaha I kid I kid..)

I think using the default font with unaligned images would communicate nicely.
Don't design, don't add any css. Slap a logo (a good one), with a few links as a navigation. An H1 tag, a paragraph and a CTA with default values would look crappy enough.
