Out of curiosity, how do you manage your projects, for those of you that have multiple projects?
I feel like I have 3-4 projects in the air right now, each needing at least a bit of my time every week to move forward.
How are you managing multiple projects?
Any good software recommendations? I've long used Todoist but I find it lacks a good overview when dealing with multiple projects, and the user experience leaves some to be desired for that purpose.
Optimally, I would like a single entry point to be able to see the current status of each project and what the next action required is.
focus on one project. 3-4 means you don't really believe in any strongly. anyways, i use trello.
I think it depends. I think that sometimes things are bound to calendar time and doing more is not really an effective approach, and in that case, I think it makes sense to have multiple projects.
I use Trello. It's really easy to use and quite versatile. Since others (check youtube) have already done a great job of explaining how it works and how to get the most out of it, I won't repeat it here. Besides I don't think I could do it justice since I use like 10% of the things it can do. :)
ALl the best!
