Indie Hackers, I’d love your advice on launching a SaaS.

I’ve built a AI SaaS MVP and now I’m trying to figure out the hardest part: turning it into my first real sale.

The product is already built and working. My current plan is to list/sell it on Acquire, but there’s an upfront listing fee, so I’m looking for a way to generate some revenue first rather than spending money before I have a buyer.

So I’m considering a few paths:

Someone needs a small MVP built → I can build it.
Someone needs a specific feature or automation → I can build that too.
Someone wants to buy my existing SaaS, add features to it, or have me build a completely custom SaaS for them → I’m open to all three.
Or if you’ve successfully sold/built your first SaaS, I’d genuinely appreciate advice on what you would do in my position.

I’m working with a pretty tight timeline, so I’m trying to be extremely focused rather than spend weeks building more features nobody asked for.
