Yep, that's what makes it interesting and so rewarding :D

  2. 3

Yeah it is hard. I'm focusing on routine and sustainability. Not expecting anything to happen overnight.

Sounds about right - it's a marathon, not a sprint!

  3. 3

It's indeed hard, especially at the very beginning.

    Let's get through it together.

  4. 2

    Indeed. The silence is defeaning!

We should share our google analytics:)

Yes it is. You need serious mental toughness to engage in this process for even a few weeks, better yet a few years.

Yeah, but expecting overnight results could lead to discouragement.

What are some of the top challenges you are facing, Eyal? Would love to know more as I am working on a tool that hopes to bridge these gaps, especially for indie creators.

      Good luck...

These are some of the problems

      1. Small volume feedback
      2. Frequency of feedback is unpredictable
      3. Working alone - I'm considering opening up a group to chat daily to help w that
      4. Being responsible for everything

Surely sounds, relatable. Feedback is so key yet a bit hard to get especially in the early stages. I am happy to connect and help in any way I can. I always believe, solopreneurs need not go solo, always :)

          What are you working on?

          1. 1

Expert network for need-based advice via 1:1 audio/video calls - like microconsulting.

yes and even after developing stuff, there is a chance that people don't want it

So true! Always a possibility. But the sooner you fail, the smarter!
