Indie Projects Job Offers - idea validation

Hi there,

I'm wondering if there is any place where me as software developer can search for a job or becoming technical cofounder for small indie projects?

Let's say you have some idea, you are good in marketing but has no technical experience or you are software developer able to create something but has no idea how to sell it - how would you search for a proper person?

Or your project grows, you start earning and you need another person on board for fixed hourly rate. You would like to hire someone, where would you look for?

Do you think is there any need for place like "indie jobs"? I'm software developer and I would love to work on that kind of envinronment, even if position can be unstable.
