✌️ IndieHackers approved my product! ✌️

I am happy to announce that I’ve been approved by IndieHackers, the next step is to be approved (or disapproved) by the community.

Here is what it is all about...

CampTarget is a route planner for all of you who like to road trip and plan ahead.
What is cool about it is that your routes are shareable and hackable. You can check out the following links

London - Vienna - Istanbul (6 days, 5 hours of daily drive)
https://camptarget.com/London,Uk/Vienna,AT/Istanbul,TR/5h:6d

New York - Grand Canyon
https://camptarget.com/New York,US/Grand Canyon National Park,Arizona,US/6h:10d

You can click on individual pinpoints to find gas stations, places to sleep, campgrounds, etc., even plan the time you are about to spend on those places!

Of course, you can build your own links like this following the same format of City,Country/Other City,Country/More,more...

Some advanced options, like creating multipoint routes (more than 3 stops), along with the nearby interest search are limited and fully available to the paid version, but you can play with all of the feats for free for first 15 days once you subscribe.

If you want to go through an interactive guide to see all of the options, then go to https://camptarget.com.

I like the way it breaks the way into days
However, could these be changed anyhow?
Cause I know I can cover more kilometres per day :)
Also, the warning about the subscription was a bit too quick - I started playing and didn't expect that to be over too soon

Of course, below the destination field you'll find the options to break the route by hours/days even mileage :).

as for subscription, I'll push the limit to 10 points for unsubscribed users (now is three) :) .

      I'm glad you like it

I hope to start a nomadic life in a year or two and really like what you've built!

Seems like a great product. Could use some design improvements but this is great for a MVP.

Good luck! Btw your logo looks a lot like the Mighty Cal logo.

Impressive! I've seen a few of these types of services but this one looks the most appealing of any I've ever seen.

On the back end, are you using google, apple or open street maps?

Hey, thanks. I've been working hard on this :) some bugs are still on, but I'm working on them.
