"Indistractable" by Nir Eyal with Julie Li

Have you read it? What's your thoughts on it? I found it really useful to start paying more attention to the subtle things that distract me and then end up making me lose a couple of hours going through youtube recommendations for example.

I read this after reading Hooked, which is also a great book that I recommend for every Indie Hacker to be able to build better good-habit making products.
