Industries moving to Zoom/Slack/etc because of Covid-19?

I'm curious if anyone is aware of different companies/industries that are suddenly moving to async, online tools? Most of the plugins/extensions for those tools are focused on tech users, and if there are more non-tech users moving onto those platforms they may not be served by the available tooling.
