Influencer marketing agency

Hello People :)

I've contemplated starting an agency fo awhile now.

I believe the whole influencer space/ marketing opportunities around is just starting to begin its evolution.With the explosion of tiktok i believe now is a great time to start my agency.

I would find talent relatively unknown but established like 100k + followers but with high engagements then help them connect to brands/companies around there niche topic depending on the content they create. The hopefully create their own brand.

I NEED HELP!
How can i begin?
Where do i start?
Do i just find one person to begin with and work around them?
Would i need to build a website first?
Attracting talent(cold email)?

Any ideas/ suggestions is welcome.
