Is there a really easy to use influencer search engine that doesn't require an account or enterprise level access to use?
I would like to search (for example) #programming and find the people on Instagram/Twitter with > n,000 followers and high levels of engagement (comments on pics, views on videos)
I had just launched https://sensq.com - automated social engagement report. This simple app will tell you: for your keywords, these influencers or posts getting the highest engagement (likes, comments, RT...).
But, you still need an account to do data collection for your hashtags/keywords from Instagram, Twitter, FB, forum, blog or news.

Thanks, that seems like the exact interface I'm looking for. Is there any way to filter to see who accepts sponsored posts? I guess aside from combing through their posts for #sp or #sponsored tags?

I was a Ninja Outreach user for a brief period of time. I think their product is great but my goodness do they constantly upsell you. I felt like I was trying to be squeezed for every penny I was worth each time I logged in.
Majority/if not all influencer marketing models are facilitating transactions for posts, videos, etc. taking a fee of what the brand is paying for.
However, I believe there is a big opportunity for connecting brands with micro influencers who are willing to just post in exchange for product.
Would love to have conversations with anyone willing to brainstorm on this project - I have abilities to scale and relationships with brands to try out the initial beta product.
