I recently launched Not Another Gift Site — one of those “thousands on the internet” gift recommendation sites, but with a tiny twist: Not Another AI Assistant is more of a nuisance than a helper. Instead of giving useful suggestions, it throws completely random questions like “Would your partner win a fight against a goose?” and then tries to recommend a gift.

I mostly built it to test end-to-end vibe coding with v0 + Cursor Remote Agents + GPT-5. Turns out building a site while hanging out with my kid at the playground is both fun and weirdly productive (someday I’ll write a longer post about that). I also wanted to see how OpenAI’s new open-source models behave in the wild.

Ambitious next steps:

1. Get at least 1 user per day

2. Plug in an Affiliate Program

3. Make $10
