I built InsideCorp because I was tired of going into offer negotiations blind.
Glassdoor reviews are vague. LinkedIn is performative. And your friends at that company can't always tell you what the WFH stipend actually is, or whether the "unlimited leaves" policy is real or just vibes.
So I built the thing I wished existed.
What it does: InsideCorp is a verified employee perks & benefits intelligence platform. Professionals anonymously share real, specific perks from their companies — WFH stipends, relocation bonuses, stock options, leave policies, food allowances — the stuff that actually matters when you're evaluating an offer.
What makes it different:
Actually verified — we verify employment via work email, hash it instantly, and discard it. You never store PII, but the community knows the insight came from a real employee.
Credit economy — share a perk, earn credits. Use credits to unlock insights from others. It self-sustains.
India-first — built specifically for the Indian job market. Already have verified data from Google, Meesho, Razorpay, CRED, Zoho, Flipkart, PhonePe, and 20+ more.
The honest numbers: Still early — just launched. The counter is at zero but the data is very real. Working on getting the first 100 active contributors.
