Inspired by thechurchco and started a web design agency for doctors. Not sure if we are wasting our time...but it's our first attempt :D
Being a medical doctor with knowledge and skills in digital marketing and web design and development - I thought I'd address my medical niche in this space. Hoping to make this work and eventually scale to other professional services.
We have a competitive pricing model for premium quality design.
At the moment we reached out via email to 15 random medical clinics in my area - none have responded...which was expected. Thinking that this number is very low to start with and cold emailing is tough.
Also started a google ads campaign with exact match keywords specific to the niche but not enough volume for google - who have stopped the ad running due to "low quality" score based on very few impressions in the first week - I was a bit disappointed in this...
Any ideas on how to spread the word more effectively? Most doctors don't pay much attention to their website as we think they should - and this is a challenge. Presenting a low priority problem to someone and convincing them to pay us to make a new website was always gonna be a tough game.
It's early days, but would love some feedback on our service.
