Intelens — helping you stop losing money on subscriptions you forgot existed

I’ve been working on a project called Intelens, and I’d love some honest feedback.
The problem I’m targeting
A common pattern I kept noticing:
People sign up for tools → forget about them → keep getting charged.
Not because they’re careless — but because:
Subscriptions are spread across cards/accounts
There’s no clear view of upcoming charges
You only notice after the money is gone
What Intelens does
Instead of being a generic expense tracker, it focuses specifically on subscription leakage:
Detects recurring payments automatically
Shows upcoming subscription charges before they hit
Gives a clearer view of future cash flow
What I’ve learned building this
Detecting subscriptions is messy (transactions aren’t clean)
Avoiding false positives is harder than building the UI
The real value isn’t tracking — it’s predicting what’s coming next
What I’m trying to validate
I don’t want to build just another finance tool.
So I’m curious:
Have you ever been charged for something you forgot to cancel?
Do you actively track subscriptions, or just deal with it later?
Would you trust automatic detection for this?
