    “The opposite of this is being a reactive person. Letting other people make the plans, going with the flow, and not being present.”

    Another way to fight this is to have nothing on your calendar. For every day to be a blank slate. Then, you can wake up and figure out what you want your intention to be that day. What feels good for today?

      yeah - that's kinda my approach.

      but it can backfire. cause you realise at 5pm your deprssed at need to see some friends but no one is around

    So, this is more like goal-oriented working. Because we have a reason, we are doing things.
