Interactive Presentations integrated with custom web app.

Started a new job and need help with a problem... We are in the process of developing a SaaS that has a lot of content. We've decided that the best way to deliver our loads of content is through some sort of interactive presentations (drag and drop, pictures, animations, videos, and text). We need to be able to pull information from the presentations because we are asking questions throughout them.

Main Question: Does anyone have experience with a third party app like this? Or have any other suggestions? Thanks!
